David Byrne is a Scottish-American musician, visual artist and filmmaker.  A co-founder of the band Talking Heads, he has also released several solo albums and garnered an Academy Award for his score to Bernardo Bertolucci's film The Last Emperor. His art includes photography and installation works, and has been published in five books, most recently Arboretum. His latest projects include a musical collaboration with Fatboy Slim invoking the life of Imelda Marcos; a travelogue entitled Bicycle Diaries; and Everything That Happens Will Happen Today, Byrne's second album with Brian Eno. Last year, he designed a series of artistic bike racks to be installed throughout New York City.

Sherry Salman, Ph.D. is a Jungian analyst, teacher, and writer, based in Rhinebeck NY and NYC. Her new book is Dreams of Totality: Where We Are When There's Nothing at the Center (2010). She was a founding member and the first President of the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association. The film she wrote and co-produced Look Both Ways: Image and Imagination debuted at the Art & Psyche Conference in San Francisco, 2008.
