University Partners Program

The University Partnership program at the Rubin Museum of Art provides exciting opportunities for academic communities to access the traditional arts and cultures of the Himalayan region, as well as providing creative connections to other world cultures.

Participation in the Rubin Museum of Art's University Partnership Program provides students, faculty, and staff access to the most comprehensive collection of Himalayan art in the Western world via free individual admission for one year with the presentation of their valid school ID. Admission provides access to the entire museum, consisting of six floors of changing exhibitions ranging from traditional to contemporary works.

The museum invites university students, faculty, and staff to consider its rare collection in developing curricula, to take advantage of its unique programs and exhibitions, and to explore the possibilities for further collaboration. For more information, please contact Laura Lombard, Assistant Manager of University Partnerships and Programs at 212.620.5000 x246, or LLombard@rmanyc.org.

Faculty wishing to bring their students in groups must make reservations, and guide fees still apply.
