Fall Family Day: Amazing Animal Adventure!

October 13, 2012
12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Join us for a day of animal art, activities, and explorations at the Rubin Museum! Enjoy music and dance performances, family tours, and arts & crafts for kids ages 3—10. Follow in the footprints of the four harmonious friends, hear animal tales, explore the galleries, take part in collaborative sculptures, and craft your own animal hanging to bring home!

In the traditional Himalayan Buddhist tale, The Four Harmonious Friends, the elephant, the monkey, the rabbit, and the bird, learned that sometimes size doesn’t matter. They serve as a symbol of harmony, cooperation, and friendship.

Tickets:

Children ages 2-12: $10; $8 for children of individual members; free for dual/family members.
Adults pay regular admission fees. Free for children under 1 year and Cool Culture members.

Tickets include gallery admission and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All programs are subject to change.
