Private Gallery Visits

Corporate members hosting a private meeting at the museum may enhance their event with curatorial presentations and customized curatorial gallery tours of the museum’s unique collections.

Event Planning and Resources

RMA employs a full-time staff of dedicated and experienced event professionals to facilitate every type of event. In addition to our special-event staff, we include security, housekeeping, and audiovisual support. Upon request and availability RMA may also provide artistic entertainment and programming, adding a regional flavor and experience for your guests.

Facility Availability

The museum is available for special-event rentals only after museum hours. Ideal times to host an event at RMA are all day Tuesday or after 5 p.m. on Monday or Thursday. Rental of the theater at RMA is subject to availability.

Catering

RMA has an exclusive caterer (Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs). Please contact Special Events for additional information.
