Group Reservations
Call 212.620.5000 x345 or e-mail reservations@rmanyc.org to schedule a visit. One RMA Guide is assigned to every 15 people. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Group menus and box lunches are available from the Café @ RMA. Please review the Group Visit Guidelines (below) prior to your scheduled visit.

Group Visit Guidelines
- Advance payment is required for guided, group, and applicable school group visits. Major credit cards are accepted.
- Bus parking is NOT available at the museum. Buses may drop off and pick up passengers but may NOT park or stand on 17th Street or on 7th Avenue.
- All backpacks, umbrellas, and bags larger than 11” x 14” MUST be checked (free of charge) in the check room while group is in the galleries. All items carried into the galleries may be inspected.
- Please note that non-RMA guides are not allowed without prior approval. A menu of thematic visits has been designed by RMA educators.
- For college groups of up to fifteen students, one-hour guided visits may be conducted by the college professor. Requests must be made on official letterhead.
- The museum does not have lunch room facilities for school and group visits. The museum has a café, offering a range of food and beverage choices. With advanced notice, a variety of menu items will be prepared for groups of at least ten (10) people.
- Please note that any group arriving more than 30 minutes late cannot be guaranteed its scheduled guided visit. If your group anticipates a late arrival to the museum, please contact Reservations and RMA will do its best to accommodate the time of your arrival.
- Cancellation must be made at least 3 business days in advance or be subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.
